What’s the difference between body positivity and body neutrality?

It's confession time! I mix up these two all the time. But from what I get, body positivity = I love my curves and body neutrality = My body’s just… my body.But on days I feel bleh, I just wont hesitate to go for neutrality as it makes me feels easier.
