Sometimes, we get burned out on fitness routines. It happens. But usually there is a culprit causing the burn out.
If you've ever experience burn out, what was the cause? How did you overcome it?

Yeah usually if I already have a lot of things on my plate, I can quickly stop working out before I can get a routine down.

I'll get bored with a constant routine and will need a change.
That's why I'm into many different types of bikes. I can road bike on the roads. I can gravel bike on the back roads or rail trails. I can mountain bike in the forest. I have many different options to choose from so that I don't get bored.
