Has anybody here ever reached that stage where work just feels like it drains your brain? Because I won’t lie, I almost burnt out last month. Deadlines, calls, chats, emails… everything just choked me up. What actually helped me a bit was taking 10-15 mins break every 2 hours. I just switched off my phone, breathed a little and sometimes, I play calm music.
Another thing I tried was journaling. I just write whatever is on my head, even if it doesn’t make sense. It clears space up there somehow.
So, for those who are into runing business, remote work or 9-to-5, how do you protect your mental health? Therapy? Prayer walks? Music? Solo weekends? Share your own so we can help each other.

Re: Best Mental-Health Practices for Busy Professionals
I got to that point at my previous job. Not only did the actual job stress me out, I worked with people who only tolerated me and disrespected me. (Not everyone was like this. I had a few decent coworkers who actually liked me and didn't disrespect me.) So what I did was look for a new job. I was just at that point, I had been there for 5 years so I needed a new job. My current job doesn't stress me out that often honestly, so I'm not at that point where I need to vent about it. That's usually what helped me in the past.

Maybe consider online therapy sessions.
Better Help or others like it.
Sometimes, it better to talk to someone about your issues.
