Seasonal Affective Disorder
It's a real disorder.
Winter is cold and gray, and people are less social in person because they stay inside. Depression sets in from not getting fresh air or your social life decreasing.
Do any of you get this at all? How do you cope with it?
Do you get S.A.D.?

I thankfully don't get this but I really do feel bad for those who do. It doesn't help that the holidays can also cause people to be depressed too, so having this disorder on top of that isn't fun.

Yeah. I always try to remember my lonely friends during the holidays. Since we're an empty nest now, we actually try to invite them over if they want to join us.Ravenfreak wrote: Tue Dec 23, 2025 11:02 pm I thankfully don't get this but I really do feel bad for those who do.
