Why are health and fitness so important?

Post by Dorothy »

Health and fitness means everything as it encompasses how you think to how you feel. It's necessary to be active because when we boost our energy through exercise, it improves our focus in a lot of ways.

Also, fitness helps regulate our emotions and boost our health as it lowers the risk of chronic illness. To be honest, it is not about having a perfect body but we need to build a lifestyle that supports our strength and endurance.

Fitness and health is super important and ever since I began to take small steps like simple walking or stretching, I found that I feel more confident. Fitness is more about strength to live our daily life.

Whenever I stay active, I feel my mood improve. Fitness is not a contest for six-pack abs, but a daily commitment you make to yourself. Health is also very important because it's the one thing that lets you enjoy life without being weighed down by fatigue or diseases.

Being in shape and having a healthy lifestyle can help your body and mind. You can have a better quality of life if you keep in shape and keep your body healthy.

I don't worry as much about being plus size or overweight when it comes to fitness and health.

What gets me is when I see people ages 65 and over who can't walk, need an electric wheelchair, or walk with their back slumped over.

Then I see people in their late 80s who can out run and out bike me like I'm standing still.

I want to be able to do what I am doing now when I'm that old and that's my motivation.
