Training ourselves to be confident is not what can be done overnight. It takes time and effort because confidence is built through small actions. To build confidence, we need to take responsibility, celebrate our progress and allow space for my mistakes. All of these contribute to enhancing our confidence.
However, doing things even when it feels uncomfortable can strengthen our courage in so many ways. I practice gratitude and replace all sorts of self doubt with realistic affirmations. Doing these things can help shift negative thinking.
