5 Myths About Mental Health

1. Only 'crazy' people need help. That is not true because each and everyone of use deserves mental wellness, just like the way we prioritise physical health.

2. Talking about feelings is weak. It's a big lie when people say you are weak by just speaking up about your health because sharing your emotions takes courage and brings healing.

3. You can just 'snap out of it. You may not recover from mental health if you didn't take a proactive measure to care for it.

4. Medication is the only solution. Don't believe people when they tell you that medication is the only way out of mental problems as there are so many tools to help you deal with it. Tools like therapy and lifestyle changes work like magic in some cases.
