How to be strong mentally?
To build a strong mental strength, it's through resilience, discipline and you also need to inculcate emotional awareness too. For me, what I do is face my fears, accept failures and stand firm whenever there is adversity.
I also make sure to practice gratitude daily, even during the darkest moment of my life. Staying focused on my goals and keeping away from negativity helped strengthen my mental health.

I stay mentally strong by restricting negative content that I watch and the people I have around me. I don't accept any negativities in my life. Writing my thoughts down has also assisted me in going through difficult feelings

Each time I make progress, it keeps me strong because it reminds me that the setback is part of growth. I see failures as stepping stones to my success. I don't allow it to weigh me down.

The Bible says those that follow its principles are strong and the metaphor "house built on a rock (rather than sand)" is used.

It's not easy, you need someone or thing to help ground you and keep you mentally healthy.

You should stay away from toxic things in life. Whether it's toxic social media posts, toxic people or anything else that brings negativity your way this can help your mental health improve.

When I'm down, I remind myself that it's normal for me to experience challenges. I ensure that I take enough rest and breaks when needed. Too much stress can have a serious effect on mental strength.

For me, connecting with loved ones and seeking support have been the secret for my mental resilience. In addition, I don't get overwhelmed with big goals; I have learnt that by breaking them down to smaller and manageable goals, I can avoid unnecessary mental pressure.

These days, my gf has really been stepping up to take care of me when I really start to feel down.
