Self-care is everything to me. I do the simplest tasks like drinking water, go to bed at seven, or walk for even ten minutes to care for myself. Isn't that simple to do? I also love quick baths or reading my favourite books.

To initiate self-care, you should start with small steps. That let’s you manage it properly. You can also take 5 minutes off and practice deep breathing and some other light exercises too.

First of all, drink plenty of water and eat healthy food. Doing exercise regularly which could be as simple as walking or dancing to music everyday.
