Does milk count as water intake?

Post by Robert »

Because milk is considered a percentage of water and electrolytes along with sodium and potassium that keeps the body hydrated with fluid. It is counted as water intake. Do you think milk count as water intake?

I don't believe it does, if you want to stay hydrated you should stick to drinking water. Skim milk has some sugar in it, not as much as flavored milk but you should stick to water if you need to stay hydrated.
