Take five deep breaths or take a little walk a few minutes outside. I have also utilised music and journaling to reduce stress too. One more important thing is to do away with toxic people or things about you. I find ten minutes of daily stretching to be the best for me.
The key here is to find what calms you at any time. It could be just sitting with a cup of coffee in your hands or any other thing.

My ways of relieving stress are walking and listening to relaxing music. I also work on minimising negative people and the way I use social media.

I limit stress by thinking of what is within my reach and what I have control over. I do a little stretching, meditations and sometimes I take warm shower to relieve stress.
