How to feel more positive?

Positivity does not really mean you ignore problems, it means choosing hope even when you know that things are very tough. Speak kindly to yourself and to others as well and fill your space with things and people that inspire you or make you happy.

It's also necessary to let go of what you cannot control and focus on what you can, practicing daily gratitude and celebrating small wins also go a long way as well.

I learned that being positive is actually shifting your focus to the good things that happen each day. Engaging in positive self-talk and surrounding yourself with positive people can really help.

Practicing gratitude works wonders for me. Even writing down my thoughts each day makes a big difference too. I learned to forgive myself and I found out that it's really easy to be positive when you stop being your own critic.
