How to reduce stress?

No one can deny that stress is part of life but it doesn't have to control you. That is why it is necessary to take small breaks, practice deep breathing and even start journaling if that's your hobby. Carrying out regular physical activity and mindful eating work well too because I've tried it. You could even talk to someone or disconnect from the screen to reduce stress. To be honest, it is not about avoiding stress completely but building different ways to cope better and staying in control at all times.

I discovered that reducing screen time and spending time in nature can make us feel less stressed. It can take a long way to discover what makes us feel relaxed but it's something that is possible.

Speaking to an individual you can trust, whether it's the therapist or a close friend can make a big difference. It can help relieve stress greatly, especially when you do not keep things to yourself. Opening up to them bring relief.

What I normally do is to engage in a 10- to 15-minute walk around my neighbourhood. It really works for me because when I get back I feel reinvigorated. I also try to engage in other activities like indoor games to clear my head. No one should allow stress to terminate her life!

I have also found journaling useful. It helps relieve the stress because it gets out of my mind once it is written down. Again, I tend to forget my worries after engaging in leisure activities.

What I like to do when I'm stressed out is listen to music and decompress. Sometimes I play some video games too, nothing too difficult games that I've played before.

I have found that reducing how much I use social media and doing more things that I enjoy has helped reduce stress. I never do too well with stress at all; it causes me a lot more pain than I should be going through, so finding ways to deal with it helps a lot.

I want to get back into walking. It helps a lot.

The problem, though, is that people think you need a ride lol.
