How often do you wash your hair? Do you find it helps keep your hair and scalp healthier?

I wash mine usually everyday, I hate to not having it get washed and get dirty.

I wash my hair almost daily, I usually just go one day without washing my hair and body. If I go longer I don't feel comfortable.
