Weight and workout gear are important factors in a fitness routine.
When we're bigger, our workout clothing and gear needs to be designed for our sizes and weight. Some people fail to make this mistake, assume plus size gear isn't there and they get the wrong stuff.
Of course, that makes the how experience a bad one and it often results in a bad ending.
How do you ensure you're getting the right gear for your size?

That is definitely an issue.Demon_skeith wrote: Tue Oct 07, 2025 5:59 am I would just make sure its light fitting, don't want it to be too tight.
There is healthy compression that aids your workout and then there is uncomfortable tight gear that makes you ache and restricts your movement.
That's why sizing is so important.

Re: Plus Size Workout Gear
Honestly that's why I never get workout gear because it's usually tight and uncomfortable lol. I just like to wear basketball shorts and a t-shirt whenever I'm working out.

Re: Plus Size Workout Gear
Compression isn't for everyone. I just have chaffing and sweating problems so it helps me in that area.Ravenfreak wrote: Wed Oct 08, 2025 11:16 pm Honestly that's why I never get workout gear because it's usually tight and uncomfortable lol.
