Take your mind off from all the bad things to stop worrying about what bad might happen and concentrate on thinking of the good things you like.
I have had nasty feelings as if a violent criminal would cross the line and sneak a bomb in my car and have me gone – but then I realise "Nah it ain't gonna happen."

Many things help me reduce stress:
1. Cycling and hiking
2. Going camping, unplugging, and getting outdoors
3. Writing
Doing stuff that I love, that makes me happy, fills me with joy - that is how I stay stress-free for the most part.
