AF: Coaching vs Playing Ability vs Player Effort

What is most important? What comes second? What do you relate these things percentage-wise, as in comparing them?

This is an interesting thing to think about because it is not all about coaching, the player's talent and dedication also matters on the field of play. Coaching provides the structure and strategy while the players also need the skills to make an impact too. For me, I would probably rank effort the highest because without it, the coaching and ability will be null.

I think player effort is the most important thing, spirit and the will to fight is what wins games.

They're all important like O M N I V O R said. Without a good coach, the players can't play at their best since they can't get the best direction. Therefore their ability to be a good player can be affected.
