It is a very tough thing to be exposed to body shaming and bullying especially from a young age because it can take its toll on our mental health. I know a couple of people who experienced that but it is quite important to share your stories and experiences in order to get support from experienced people.

Being a plus size doesn't mean that one has a challenge. It doesn't mean that one is sick either. You can do all the things others are doing. You have to proud of yourself because people won't stop the bullying.

I kept getting a lot of unsolicited advice from people because of my size. Some would advise me to eat less not minding the fact that I eat moderately. There were times I had to skip meals and it really affected my health because I wasn't getting enough nutrients. My productivity also dropped. I later stopped taking those unnecessary pieces of advice.
