A lot of people worry they don't have a stable home, job or relationship. They don't feel safe. Have you ever felt strongly this way? How do you cope?
Note: Im not speaking of violence, but rather lack of peace of mind.

Re: Feeling Safe
I don't feel this way about my job, or relationship. Though I do often worry about money struggles because I do deal with them at times, definitely not as much as I did in my 20's but I'm still struggling and probably would be even worse off if I wasn't living with my in laws. I tell myself that this too shall pass, and I'm finally taking the steps I need to start saving money better. I'm cutting back on services I barely or no longer use, and I'm sure in time this will help.
Re: Feeling Safe
Anxiety about the future is inevitable, especially when there is a loss of job or relationship. When faced with this kind of situation, I focus on the present moment. I leave everything after I have done my best because no one can change the future by worrying. What I have noticed is that things would eventually fall in place.
Re: Feeling Safe
When I feel overwhelmed with fear about my relationship, job or home, I first take a walk to help clear my head. I also try to talk to a close friend and seek for advice.

Re: Feeling Safe
I feel this feeling happens a lot for many with the cost of living crisis and I know that I have felt this way many times.
There is nothing worse than the feeling you get when you are struggling and the stress that comes with having to find ways to get through.
