For me, my daily mindfulness routine for managing anxiety is deep breathing exercise and I also take walks along the street. I've also tried yoga and some other plus size exercises I come across on plus size friendly channels on YouTube and they've been of great help.

Yes that's true! Deep breeding exercise and walking are great options but I found meditation and journaling very helpful too. My wife likes to take a look around the room she's in and say the color of each object out loud to keep her grounded when she's anxious.

I either try to ride a bike, go for a hike, or do something outdoors.
