Who likes camping?

What do you camp in? Where do you camp? Do you bring food? What kind of food? Do you go hiking and/or swimming? What else do you do?

I camp in a tent, usually in forests. I bring snacks, cook simple meals, go hiking, swimming, and stargazing.

Camping is something I've always wanted to do but never have except for the times I would "camp" in my backyard lol. After watching stealth camps on Youtube, it would be pretty dang cool to camp in an abandoned building or in places you're not really supposed to be lol.

I love camping.

My wife and I usually camp at least once a month. We usually drive to a campground and setup our tent. However, we've been trying to backpack camp, as well. We both enjoy hiking to our camping spot and then hiking back the next day.

It's my goal to eventually do a multi-night backpacking trip but I need the creeks to be running so I can filter water.
