Daily affirmations like “My worth isn’t defined by size” and “I honor my body’s strength” truly shifted my mindset. Gratitude journaling and mirror affirmations especially help on tough days.

I try to avoid every form of negativity because it has a way of weighing me done. Whenever I am down, I make positive confessions to counter any negative thought that crossess my mind. This has a way of helping me look at things from a different perspective.

I'm not a woman but I am a bigger guy. I always tell myself that my weight is just a number, it doesn't define me as a person.
