I have actually started my health journey but I'm overwhelmed to be honest. Do I need to focus on small diet swaps like soda first? Or do some workouts on dance videos I find online? How do you stay motivated without crash diets?

I booked my first cruise and then panicked about tiny cabins and dining chairs. I know that it would be nice to have a balcony room because it's more spacious but what else should I know? Share your real cruise experiences. Help a girl out!

I tried hiking last week and my cheap backpack nearly broke my shoulders. I’m still in pain right now but I later upgraded to Osprex’s plus-size straps. It was indeed a game-changer!

What’s your must-have gear for trails?

I flew with a reputable airline in December, last year, their seats felt wider, and no side-eye for needing a belt extender. I was so comfortable and I enjoyed the trip but my last hotel was not that good. I didn't feel comfortable there at all.

What airlines or hotels made you feel comfy?

The winter makes me wanna hibernate. During this time, my self-care kits are fuzzy socks and hot cocoa. I don't drink alcohol at all.

I have been a plus size from childhood and I have been judged for being plus-size. Even my school mates bullied me. It was a terrible and sad moment.
