To be fair, water is good but there are certain moments you should do it carefully Like during intense exercise, you are supposed to sip gradually, not gulp like a person that is trying to get out of an heatstroke. 🤣 And taking too much water can slow down digestion.

I’ve been following basketball but it's mostly the highlights on YouTube. The athleticism is crazy. Dunk, crossovers, three-pointers. Those sports are fun. I do not watch every match but if I see big games like playoffs, I'm always interested.

Spiking is not easy at all, but if you want to improve, you just need to build your leg strength and jump power. I’ve watched some training videos and the drill that is most effective is doing repeated approach steps without the ball. The funniest thing is that your body will get used to that ...

I haven't got my own yet but I do have the plan to buy one. After hearing how common high blood pressure has become, especially for people who sit for long hours, I need to get one.

I still play once in a while. Not at a professional level but I usually play the weekend five-a-side with friends.. I’ve noticed it helps me stay fit too. And the fun of scoring one random lucky goal? It gives me joy.

I’ve been a Messi fan since that 2009 Champions League run, so I won’t lie, seeing him return will definitely touch my heart. But realistically, Barca is not even stable enough to pay his wages. Plus the man has already move on.

To be fair, I kinda feel that Liverpool still has the team spirit to fight for the title, but defending the title might not be easy at all. Premier League pressure is so crazy. I remember when they won last time, everything just clicked.
