Which Fashion Trends Are Perfect for Curvy Bodies This Year?

Which trends are you enjoying this year? Personally, I’m loving high-waist palazzo and ribbed two-piece sets. They’re comfy and fine at the same time. Off-shoulder tops still remain undefeated too, especially for people that has nice collarbones.

One tailor told me that wrap dresses are always ...

How Do Plus-Size Styles Evolve with Each Fashion Season?

I’ve noticed something about plus-size fashion lately and I love it. Designers are actually creating outfits that actually fit curves instead of hiding them. Before, it was like once you’re plus-size, you can only wore big gowns and boring colours. But now, I have been seeing structured blazers ...

Deadlines, calls, chats, emails… everything just choked me up. What actually helped me a bit was taking 10-15 mins break every 2 hours. I just switched off my ...

How Can You Build a Sustainable Health & Fitness Routine That Actually Sticks?

Guys how do you actually build workout routines that actually last? 😅 I’ve started like 5 times this year and still stopped after one week. To be honest , life does happen and sometimes my body is just too weak. But I noticed something recently: once I stopped trying to do perfect gym sessions and ...

Do you watch basketball often?

I watch basketball once in a while. Not like football, but I still enjoy the energy. NBA late-night games are very interesting but the time difference can be very stressful. I remember staying awake to watch Lakers finals that year, it was so tiring.

Re: When not to drink water?

Honestly, I think the time you are not supposed to drink water is immediately after heavy food. This will make you feel bloated. I’ve noticed it myself after eating swallow or rice. Another time is right before sleep. I just drink water steadily during the day, no rush.

Re: How Can I Improve My Volleyball Spiking Technique?

For volleyball spiking, the main thing is timing. I remember when I first tried it, I jumped early like I wanted to dodge a slap. But once you learn how to time the setter and hit the ball at the highest point, everything would work out.

Re: Do you have a blood pressure monitor at home?

Yes, I got one. Ever since my uncle had BP issues, I’ve been careful. This life is too stressful, especially in this economy. Sometimes even small issues can raise your blood pressure without you knowing. So having a BP monitor at home just makes sense.

Re: Who has played soccer?

I’ve played soccer a little when I was younger. It's nothing serious, just playing a street football. You know that type where we use stone as goalpost and argue about offside till night.🤣 Those days was so interesting. Playing football teaches you teamwork and discipline.
