Loyalty has nothing to do with body size. A plus-size woman can be as loyal as anyone else. I support my spouse to build a good foundation for my family. I make sure my relationship is a priority.

I started slowly as a beginner and built my confidence. Even though I'm now at the intermediate stage I am trying to do it gradually. This has ensured I'm not prone to injuries. Overworking the body can be counterproductive; instead of improving health, it worsens it. Slow but steady wins the race!

I have also found journaling useful. It helps relieve the stress because it gets out of my mind once it is written down. Again, I tend to forget my worries after engaging in leisure activities.
