What Mental-Health Tips Should Every Fitness Enthusiast Know?

Let's be honest with ourselves,fitness is not only about the body, it affects our thinking too. I noticed this when I started taking workouts seriously. If I do not manage my mind well, I would feel guilty anytime I miss exercises and that's not healthy at all. So for the people that are into gym or are into home training, which mental health tips you swear by?

Always know your limits, start small so you don't get discouraged. If you force yourself into doing routines your body and mind aren't ready for, you're going to give up sooner.

Mine concentrates on scoring.

I don't do fitness to beat the score of my peers.

I do it to beat my old score -- to beat myself.

I want to PR better than I did the last time.

Less stress and more things that make you happy. It's the best thing for any person.
