Guys how do you actually build workout routines that actually last? 😅 I’ve started like 5 times this year and still stopped after one week. To be honest , life does happen and sometimes my body is just too weak. But I noticed something recently: once I stopped trying to do perfect gym sessions and just did a small home workouts (like 20 mins skipping, squats and plank), I started to stick somehow.

I also reduced soda and started drinking zobo instead (no kidding, it helped my cravings). I’m not fit yet but I feel lighter and sleep better.

So I want to ask: what helped you stay consistent? Is it morning workouts? Night walk? Gym partner? Or is it diet we are supposed to focus on first? Share your take.

I find that if I have a set schedule for anything, I tend to stick with it better. I would sit down and make a schedule for when you want to work out, what you're wanting to do and it'll help. I believe it takes about 18 days for someone to get used to a routine and stick to it.
