Ever been snowboarding before?

Part of me has always wanted to go snowboarding at some point in life. I never had the opportunity to do so, but I bet it would be fun. It got me wondering though, how would snowboarding be for a plus sized individual? Has anyone here been snowboarding before?

Never have.
I tried skateboarding when I was a young teenager and kept getting hurt. I figured snowboarding and skiing would be about the same, maybe with a slightly lighter impact from the snow.
But I'd have to travel to do it.

I’ve never tried snowboarding before, but it looks very interesting and filled with fun when I watch videos on YouTube

. It's not that easy for real like the way people glide on snow slopes. Meanwhile, I’m beginning to think that I would fall before I even start

You don't have to be Liam Brearley to get good at it – just gotta have some fun.

I've had chances, but it never interested me to go do it, so I never have.

How easy is it to get hurt?

It can be easy to hurt if not careful enough.
All the more reason to practice slow moves at first.

It does seem like it would be safer than skiing.
I'd rather my legs be secured together rather than able to go apart from one another.
Do you think it's safer than skiing?
