What exercises do you do during the colder seasons?

I'm curious to hear about what exercises you all like to do when it's colder outside and you don't really want to go and jog when it's freezing. I personally love the cold myself so I don't mind going outside when it's cold, but sometimes the conditions can be too rough to go outside and exercise.

I hike more often when it's cold. Since the leaves are off the trees, I do more off trail hikes where it's a lot hillier.
I mountain bike when it's cold more as well.
I also trail run.
Fitness outside in the cold is very easy if you get your layering system right.
I hate working out inside but I have been lifting weight and doing basic Yoga inside.

I try and do more stretches, since the cold weather tends to stiffen up my back more.

It's also good to stretch before any outdoor activities in the cold. Working out in the cold while you're cold is really bad for you and you can become injured easily.

I think my wife and I should go visit August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area and do some hiking soon! We went over a year ago during the winter time. We usually like going out when it's cold.

Do they have mountain bike trails there?
I feel like I might have gone mountain biking there about 10 years ago. I remember there were a lot of people. More than I was used to, LOL.

They've mainly got hiking trails, I haven't really seen too many people riding bikes. The Katy Trail is nearby though! You can see it from one of the parking lots.

The Katy Trail is a big goal of mine. I just need to figure out where I can leave my nice truck for a few days without it getting robbed or something like that or towed LOL
My wife and I want to spend about half a week bikepacking that trail.
