What burns you out?

We're all human!

Sometimes, we get burned out on fitness routines. It happens. But usually there is a culprit causing the burn out.

If you've ever experience burn out, what was the cause? How did you overcome it?

Usually outside work or something that can be mentally taxing.

Yeah usually if I already have a lot of things on my plate, I can quickly stop working out before I can get a routine down.

I usually like to stick to a routine otherwise I can feel burned out.

Sometimes it's the opposite for me.

I'll get bored with a constant routine and will need a change.

That's why I'm into many different types of bikes. I can road bike on the roads. I can gravel bike on the back roads or rail trails. I can mountain bike in the forest. I have many different options to choose from so that I don't get bored.
