Recovery for Plus Size

How do you usually recover from fitness?

As someone who is plus size, we tend to want to eat more and while eating is important in recovery, sometimes it's too much that gets ate.

Whether it's eating, stretching, resting, or whatever - how do you recover from a long workout?

Yeah you should have someone help plan meals so you don't go overboard.

I need to meal plan. I think that alone would help me lose weight. Who meal plans here?
