I love learning new things. It makes me happy, even if it seemingly isn't going nowhere. Do you all feel the same? How does learning help you? What do you like studying,?

Yep if you understand something you can try and help others who are suffering from different mental illnesses. I like doing research to see how I can help at least. I think if more people did this they can understand why people who have mental illnesses do the things they do.

I think it helps dramatically.
I study psychology and sociology topics. Now, I understand a lot of the stuff that people get depressed about. I even understand my own depression enough to understand that certain problematic solutions will not help. I don't have bad thoughts about myself. I don't take pills or drink because of it. I just cope.
I think if you're truly having a hard time with your mental health, then you need to start reading into it to understand it and understand how it all works.

Learning new things and even working towards new things always make me happier and leave me feeling as though I have done something productive.
They always say that you learn something new every day, and I feel that learning helps towards better skills to accomplish more.
