Are any of you into cycling at all?

Tell us about your journey in cycling, especially if you're plus-sized.

Cycling is a very rewarding activity. Some use it for fitness while others simply use it for commuting. It can help boost confidence for plus size riders and to also improve their endurance as well. The good thing is that cycling has a low-impact on joints.

I've been thinking about getting an electric bike. I haven't rode a bike in a very long time but I think it'd be cool to get back into it again so I can get some exercise.

I enjoy casual cycling; being plus-sized, it’s been empowering for fitness, confidence, and exploring outdoors at my own pace.

Get one. Some people will say e-bikes aren't the same, but they do also help you. You still pedal, it's just a little easier with electric assist.

Here in the States, I'm seeing more and more elderly people on e-bike and looking like they're young again because now they can do something healthy and not stay couped up until they pass away.

If I ever get to where I can't ride a traditional bike, I'll go to e-biking for sure!
