How often do you wash your hair?

Most know that it is bad for your hair and scalp to wash your hair daily, and because of this, some tend to have a schedule for when they wash their hair.
How often do you wash your hair? Do you find it helps keep your hair and scalp healthier?

I wash mine usually everyday, I hate to not having it get washed and get dirty.

I wash my hair almost daily, I usually just go one day without washing my hair and body. If I go longer I don't feel comfortable.

Each and every single day – twice a day.
First thing after breakfast and again after tea.

Every other day. I keep my hair fairly short throughout the year so there is no need for a full washing each day.
