How to deal with family issues?
How to deal with family issues?
Dealing with family issues requires open and honest communication. A lot of listening and acting on what is being communicated and taking the issue seriously. If needed some therapy family or individual. Set boundaries and respect those boundaries needed. How do you think you should deal with family issues?
Re: How to deal with family issues?
My opinion is to see things from the perspective of other people without judging anyone. Frequent families get together can help in resolving impending issues earlier. It doesn't allow tension to build up.

I would advise to concentrate on seeking middle grounds and compromise whichever way it can be done. That way, it's a lot easier to resolve family issues.

Communication is really the biggest function of a healthy relationship with anyone.
If you have good communication with people, you'll have a good time. If communication is poor, then only negative results will likely occur.
It's also very important to be blunt and honest when you need to be.

It depends on the issues. If it's something you feel that can be addressed, then both parties should listen to each other to try and solve the issues. If it's to the point where the individual(s) are toxic, then you should probably cut ties for your mental health.
