Body-positive fitness refers to the act of moving your body and not beating it up. Attempt dancing, swimming and walking or yoga. Speak about your energy, mood and strength instead of talking about weight loss. Select what you like to do and always be guided by what your body needs. Stay away from toxic people who don't appreciate your body.

I like swimming and doing fun exercises like dancing. They are enjoyable and easy on the knees. It makes me feel good all the time.

My favorite is hiking since I like to connect to nature. I also do yoga at home with my children. They are really enjoyable and excellent for plus size people.
