Based on my understanding, I found out that asking my girlfriend deep and meaningful questions can strengthen our bond. It could be questions about what her dreams are, about her choice or what are the things that bring her inner peace. Those are the kind of questions I ask my girlfriend and it kind of brings us even closer because it's not always about being romantic. Sometimes, the most casual questions may probably lead to intimate conversation which can strengthen relationship bonds.
