As a plus size, I know what it takes when you are in a swimsuit. It’s usually a struggle because you feel judged by unrealistic societal beauty standards. I like the choice you mentioned because a high waisted bikini is a fantastic choice for plus size people as it is both stylish and flattering. That being said, I always remind myself that confidence actually comes from wearing what makes you feel comfortable.

I can imagine it might be really hard to deal with people staring at you and making comments. The best way to approach this is to try and ignore those stairs, and just have a good time swimming. I know it can be easier said than done, but once you don't care what others think about you is when you can truly be yourself and have a good time swimming in whatever swimsuit you want!
