How to overcome negative self-talk about your body?

Ugh, I noticed that sometimes my brain keeps saying “You look awful today’ and I’ll be over it and it weighs me down. 😩 But when this continues, I started writing one nice thing about myself every morning like ‘My hair slays’. It’s hard, but let me tell you, it really helps if you can do it.

What’s your go-to trick to shut down negative thoughts?

It's not easy, you got to take in the criticism and be able to accept it so you can improve.

I think WE are our biggest critic.

It's easy to forget about what others say because you can look hard enough and see they are just as ugly as they think you are.

But when it's YOU who is bullying YOURSELF, what can you do?
