Plus-Size Yoga: At-Home Routines for Beginners

I'm still very new to yoga 🧘 and I have tried a couple of YouTube tutorials but I'm still worried about fitting in. I was lucky to find a plus-size-friendly mats and it was life-changing.

I have also been using blocks for poses like downward dog( I had no shame about it). 🙏 Please share your favourite beginner yoga exercises. Thanks in anticipation.

For a beginner, yoga exercise can be very effective to maintain body balance. I started with a mountain pose, a downward facing dog and a child's pose. These are poses that would help you maintain a strong foundation and it will also increase your body flexibility too.

Using blocks to help with poses during yoga is very visible as it can help modify poses to make them very accessible. I use it and it's very effective.
