What are the Daily Mindfulness Routines for Managing Anxiety? Plus-Size Community Tips

For me, when I get so anxious, I always try 5-minute breathing and I try to do it often too. To be honest, it really helps. What daily routines work well for you?

I also love walking for light exercise. Do you have any plus-size-friendly yoga channels I can follow? Share your go-to anxiety tips.

For me, my daily mindfulness routine for managing anxiety is deep breathing exercise and I also take walks along the street. I've also tried yoga and some other plus size exercises I come across on plus size friendly channels on YouTube and they've been of great help.

Yes that's true! Deep breeding exercise and walking are great options but I found meditation and journaling very helpful too. I also do plus size friendly yoga as well and it's so helpful.
