Had some blood work today, thankfully my blood pressure is good despite so much issues today.

I will never advice using pills to control your high blood pressure because that's going to keep on happening from time to time.

Start using natural remedies to control high blood pressure. I drink beet root juice, clove soaked in water for 2 weeks and fermented garlic in honey. They do a great job for me.

Doctor thinks it is all related to my sinuses and now I'm on some stuff to hopefully help with that.

Heck yeah that's awesome! Hopefully you can get some relief for your sinus issues. One of my coworkers has allergies really bad, she got a procedure done at some point in her life but it didn't help her much.
