Amazon might be having some good deals. I'm not sure if Kohls carries plus sizes, but they usually have good deals around this time of year too. Most retailers I feel like have deals though, Woman Within which is a online store my wife and her mother uses typically have deals all year around though.

JC Penneys used to carry big and tall for guys. I wonder if they will have any good deals.
