This body positivity stuff hits home to be honest. I’ve been lounging in plus size clothing sweats for my self-care routine. It helps with body acceptance.

This body positivity thread is everything to me. I have been eager to share my body positivity tips. Well, my self-care routine is dancing in my plus size workout clothes. They’re so stretchy and fun and it's been my self-love boost.

I try not to look at the beauty of peoples' minds rather than their body types.

I try to ignore body types a see all people the same. I think if you can accomplish that, it makes being a little bigger a little easier.

The other day I looked in the mirror and swore I looked like I was losing weight and that my stomach was barely visible. Then I put my cycling kit on for a bike ride, obviously it's all tight spandex. Then I saw that I still had a belly on me.

But instead of being sad about it - I realized I'm about to go out and bike 20 miles. Who cares if I'm a few extra pounds. I'm not sitting inside; I'm getting out there and doing something. :)
