I prefer to put myself through a short-term commitments like reading 10-minutes everyday and many more to gain will power. Every victory I achieve enhances my willpower greatly.

For me, my confidence returns when I start thinking about my health, spending time doing positive self-talk, and hanging out with the people who motivate me.
