I support Manchester United at the moment as that is the biggest club for me in the world. I am very happy with how our season has started and hopefully the team keeps getting better with each passing match.

The team that I will be supporting to win the World Cup right now has got to be Portugal even though I don't understand what their coach is doing. I will be backing them because of C. Ronaldo as I want him to finally win that trophy.

What has helped me over the years was overlooking a lot of situations that don't deserve to trigger me. Doing so has helped me handle my anger level because I am someone who was built to have anger issues right from childhood.
