Yeah.

I had a helper when I was a machine operator. He was in good shape and was into weightlifting. He always had something negative to say about my weight and health. I smoked back then. He wasn't being uplifting; he was just being a jerk.

It helps reduce muscle strain and feel more flex.
You don't have to be stretchy like Mr Fantastic (Fantastic 4) or Elastigirl (The Incredibles) but just use your own pace.
