I've been noticing this very often now with how so many ladies turn out half naked all in the name of fashion trends. I call it madness because you can dress decent and still look very good.

I believe that very soon, we going to start seeing ladies come out fully naked with no clothes because that's the direction they are heading to.

What's half naked though?

Are they showing sensitive parts or just more stomach and more upper leg?

I don't really think much has changed lately lol. Most women I've seen dress modestly, my wife certainly does.

I also ask, is the fringe fashion a complaint from a man or a woman?

We're seeing a global society where women are finally able to be in charge of themselves and think for themselves, minus a few backwards countries where it's forbidden.
