Don't forget to take care of your teeth!

I think people don't think much about their teeth health. If you don't take good care of your teeth, you can end up with some serious infections that could kill you. Not to mention it makes eating healthy difficult too. I learned this out the hard way, I'm working on fixing my smile. I have three root canals that I need to get done sooner than later, but I already got one tooth extracted and two crowns put on my two upper teeth.
